Managing large groups of people while recognizing the requirements of individuals in the workplace is a rising topic of concern for businesses seeking to assure employee happiness and productivity. Human resource management is gaining center stage with the introduction of concepts like as flexi-hours and remote working, as well as parental leave entitlements. The Human Resource Management Program allows students to investigate issues of people management in theory and practice, as well as how this might contribute to organizational success.
The qualification is divided into parts in such a way that when taken in conjunction with related N part courses (e.g. N4+N5+N6), learners can receive the National N Diploma after completing the required practical work component of either 18 months or two years, depending on the individual occupational sector.
